Since I want to make it easier for me to get commission info organized, I want to make a form for people to fill out when they commission me. And it is because I really hate getting vague requests, and no refs to some important details in them. So when you are commissioning me, fill this out and send it to me.

[ State your Request here. You can suggest the title of the commission when I submit it. State all details of what you want me to draw in the commission as well. Such as when the person(or people) are doing, the poses, their expressions, their clothes, etc. Please be specific! ]


Background:  
[ Describe the background in full detail. Please include references to make things clearer. I will not accept it if it is too vague unless it is a basic background like a plan color and/or with a simple design. You won't be charged on a simple color-themed background. ]


References:
[ Give links and references to the people, poses, clothes, etc. If it is not colored, too small, or low of quality, I will not accept it and might possibly turn your commission down. ]
